Enroll in or change a health plan online using your desktop or laptop computer.

Enroll from your smart phone (Android or iPhone).

To get the app, search for PA Enrollment Services on Google Play (Android) or the App Store (iPhone).

You will use your Access Card ID or the last four digits of your Social Security number to sign in to your Medicaid account and enroll.
