If you received a letter about your health plan discontinuing their services in your area and didn’t make an active plan selection, you will be auto-assigned to another plan in your area starting on September 1st. Your current plan will continue covering your medical needs until August 31st, 2022. Your new plan will send you the plan id card. If you would like to change your plan, please click here.
